Cancellation & Returns Procedure

You may cancel your purchase order within a period of 4 days from the date of purchase.

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you are not satisfied with Product?  

We want you to be happy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 Hours of purchase to arrange an exchange or refund of your unused Product but the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Please make sure to keep your receipt and return the Product in its original packaging. Items will not accepted back without its original packaging. No refund will be made for purchases until the items have safely arrived to our warehouse.

Authorization from is required prior to the return of any item. We will give you instructions on where and how to ship. will not assume the transportation charges for any Products returned by any transportation agency or company.

Please avoid damages and soiling. Please send the merchandise back to us in the original packaging and with all accessories and all packaging elements.

How to Return?

Please send an email at and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name or call us at +91-291-......... We will give you a return number and a return address. Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging. Return the product using professional furniture carrier to the address you are provided – usually our warehouse. Fax or email us the carrier’s details and your dispatch number so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.
